WFD assists clients in understanding the workplace climate and employee experience related to all aspects of diversity, inclusion and equity; and, developing and implementing strategies to create a supportive work environment that supports recruitment, retention and engagement. We use a qualitative and quantitative approach, working with our clients, to identify goals and objectives and measurable results. Measurement often includes the following categories: Diversity Measures; Career Advancement; Resilience and Employee Engagement. We analyze the data by the demographic subgroups identified for the study and conduct correlational analysis on key metrics.
